Schedule of Service Offerings 

Initial 1 Hour Consultation $150

Silver Package: Freshman / Sophomore Year Consultation: Meeting early gives us the opportunity to create a balanced high school experience and avoid many of the pressures that go along with the college planning process. It is part of my philosophy to ensure students have a life in high school as well as develop post secondary options. RZE meets with students and parents to review and discuss:

  • Academic achievement
  • Extracurricular experiences
  • Summer options
  • Early college tests
  • Course selection
  • Athletic eligibility
  • Follow up conversations until junior year are included.

Gold Package: Junior Year Consultation: RZE will meet with the student and parents and develop a plan. It will include:

  • Full review the student’s past academic record and experiences
  • Identify future educational goals for the student
  • Assess the student’s general selection requirements, prospects and opportunities
  • Create a list of colleges appropriate to the student’s abilities and goals
  • Assist student in contacting colleges and universities and develop strategies for successful campus visits
  • Discuss pros and cons of Early Decision and Early Action
  • Organize a timetable for the application process

We will also discuss college tests (SAT, ACT, TOEFL), interview techniques, a timetable for the application process, recommendations for course selection, extracurricular activities and summer opportunities.

Platinum Package: Junior / Senior Year Full Admission Service: In addition to the services listed above, this option support students and parents through the entire admissions process. It includes:

  • Access to College Planner Pro – online and accessible 24-hours a day throughout the process to assist with organization and structure
  • Discussing college visits and analyzing college lists
  • Proofreading and commenting on college applications
  • Brainstorming and critiquing of Personal Statements and Essay
  • Reviewing all materials before submission
  • Supporting students in evaluating college acceptances
  • Discussing “wait-list” and deferral (if applicable)

College Transition Consultation: RZE works with students to set realistic expectations so that a successful transition is possible. Beginning the summer prior to as well as throughout freshman year, RZE supports students on a variety of topics including:

  • Basic life skills
  • Academic/personal long and short term goals
  • Time management
  • Money matters
  • Identification of campus resources
  • Navigating new and changing personal relationships

4 Hour Block $900: Customized service blocks are available for purchase. A pre-paid four-hour block can be used in any combination on various consultation services including:

  • Essay editing
  • Resume writing
  • Assistance with FAFSA
  • Scholarship search

Note: Developing a college list is not an available service in a 4-hour block.
